Hello everyone, I heard somewhere that when you are choosing subjects for your major sequence that the same subject can't count toward two different major sequences. So, I was just wondering whether this is true:confused:? Thanks:).

i cant find anything atm, but as i said, ive heard the same as you...i guess all you can do is email someone like EnquiryCentre@newcastle.edu.au or your program coordintor or something.
Yeah, I might ask a Lecturer in person when I go back to University. That way I will have a better chance of getting the right answer:).

I think that a subject could??
A subject can count towards two combined degrees. ie. The three maths subjects that i have done count towards both my engineering degree and mathematics degree. So i dont see why some subjects could not count towards two separate major sequences
