can i get up for sor (2 Viewers)

so my overall t1 results are mid but the only one thats truly awful is sor , i havent paid attention in class or done any work all year and i managed to get a 58% for my last exam and its just hit me now that im stuck in this subject for the hsc. my question is, is there any way that i can get my act up for prelims, even? would it require rlly rigorous effort?

my feedback was all the same, all the marks i got were from writing and not actual content knowledge

I think u def can improve. If ur writing is off topic then u need to revise the content make sure u actually know ti before you apply it to questions. And make sure that you put relevant information in your answers

sor is the freest subject, you dont even need to study for it. you can just memorise 2 essays for section 2 and 3, practice flashcards for section 1 and b6 easily. one of my mates did this last year and got 46/50 in the hsc without paying attention in class the entire year

memorising is so much effort and only worth it for eng tbh. As long as u know ur content really well it should be fine.

it'll take a day to memorise 2 essays and a day to do flash cards, sor basically needs 2 days max of revision to band 6 the hsc.

personally Id just do flashcards bro cause the stuff on flashcards will basically be the same as the essay so like yeah

hm ya i need to discipline myself more, i suppose im used to only studying subjects i enjoy

i haven’t rlly gotten higher than 60% in any religion exam ive ever done so aim for the stars i guess🥹

This will be me trust (hopefully). I play games in every lesson and I just cram last minute

every sor class for me is just replenishing my laziness so i can charge up and be performatively interested in my next classes

teacher was chill, theyd get only 2 sor lessons a week aswell. he failed first 3 internals and then locked in for trials and the hsc just by memorising for a day or two.
