Can moderators change the title of a post? (1 Viewer)

I would like to change the title of one of my tutoring advertisements (make it relevant to the HSC 2014 cohort), however, when I change the title from within the thread, the new title is only viewable if I click in the thread. From within the forum it still displays as the old title?

Do moderators have the ability to change the title of the thread as viewable from the forum itself?

I would like it to be renamed

Physics Tutoring For HSC 2014 -- Starting Term 3 Holidays, 2013 [FILLING FAST!]

Generally we can, but for specific requests, make a thread in Contact Moderators (I did this with your last thread).
