What i kno: 2 points may sound small but realli is large in ranking of pple......right? :)

I'm not quite sure what you mean but it is possible depending how your the other candidates in yours subjects go from year to year.

2 UAI points empcompasses a lot of people. Since about 70,000 people do the HSC then 2% is about 1,500

If your rankin' were the same for both years ... then you would receive the same UAI! :p

In theory, UAIs are comparable from year to year - because you're (essentially) ranked against the cohort who did the School Certificate with you in Y10. And, in theory, that cohort doesn't really change from year to year.

In practice, though, there are probably minor differences. Two points isn't really that minor. :)
