I was just writing out some notes about current criminal justice issues. What i wanted to know was if the "Decriminalisation of cannabis" counts as a current issue. This was the "current issue" that was written about in my textbook, and seeing as the law is constantly changing i was wondering of this still counts as current. And if it isn't can someone suggest any other issues that i may be able to write about?

Any help would be appreciated, and thanls in advance for any help.

I think it's ok for you to use that as your criminal justice issue, because it is in your textbook therefore you won't be penalised in the HSC

Decriminalisation of Illicit drugs in general would be a better current issue I think, as there are many arguments for and against with a lot of good social commentary.
