I cant remember who said something before.........about a policmean who killed someone who molested a family mmemeber for freind etc......
and u said they used self defence as a defence and he was acquited?
was the molester molesting the person at the time he killed the dude? or what happened?
If carl williams has evidence that ppple were trying to kill him? will he be entitled to be acquited, based on self defence?
Or self defence can only be used....when there is an immediate threat..such as an armed guy pointing a gun at u........
If someone hires someone to killl u? is it self defence if you kill the hirer???????

Carl williams is a victim of crime --- he was shot in the stomach --------the police proved.........they can not protect him etc.....and they can not be relied upon.......................why should he have to wait around.......to get murdered???? police nearly allowed carl williams to be killed and rather than apologise on their hands and knees.....they arrest the guy..

if ppple are conspiring to kill u etc.......harm ur family etc....... u should be able to take whatever steps necesary to protect urself.........
