Is that a set amount across the state? And how much is it?

I just didn't know where to find out. Also I only got told what my pay was without casual loading, so I wanted to find out the total.

Thanks for any help.

i think it's usually set by the relevant award, but a usual amount is 20% or so.

If you tell us what job, it would probably help more

First of all casual loadings vary across each field.

Each field is seperated into grades (ie the level of expertise)

Yes help us by telling us your job...

i work at coles and this is how pay goes:

ORDINARY
Part/Full Time:1
Casual: 1.2

SUNDAYS (Sposed 2 b time and a half, but casuals get ripped off by 10% of base rate. Casuals shoud get 1.8 since one and a half of 1.2 is 1.8, not 1.7. they only give u 0.5 extra because it is half of the base rate, not the casual rate, which is the gay)
Part/Full Time:1.5
Casual: 1.7

PUBBIES (Oooooooooo yeh) (Once again, ripped off, double time and a half is 1.2*2.5=3, so casuals should get 3 times the base rate, feel so fucking gipped)
Part/Full Time:2.5
Casual: 2.7
