In the exam, are we expected to draw the polymerization of glucose? And , do we need to know what type of glucose is needed (ie Beta) And, can someone advise a good way of remembering the structure of Cellulose? thanks!

You need to know the type of polymerisation (condensation) and possibly show how cellulose and water is formed from glucose polymerising. This is highly unlikely. No type of glucose need be specified either. You will just have to remember the structure of cellulose by rote.
