Hey guys,
Im on a centrino laptop, and i know that the thing slows down the cpu speed ? while its not on mains power blah blah...
But i've set the power scheme to "always on" - and yet , everything seems to run slower whilst running on battery , download speeds and website loading especially...but when i put the power plug back it, its a charm...
Is there something i can do to make my laptop always use the resources to the max ?
Battery life is of no concern to me - ive got a spare that is easily changable.

Some laptop brands come with their own battery management software that lets you change the speed of the processor and other power features. First check your laptop manufacturer website for any updates.

check your bios screen, battery management stuff could be there.

My Fujitsu has no battery management software, but ill check the bios.

update-thanks the bios had "speed... technology" that was set to optimized battery
