I'm 100% sure the converse is true (i.e. That the change in temperature affects the amount of solute dissolved)

But as for this

I'm not entirely sure

I'm leaning towards a yes though

Yes

Bonds are ionic and polar between molecules as opposed to strong hydrogen bonds.
