changing my UniPass (1 Viewer)

I tried going to http://www.disconnect.unsw.edu.au/student/unipass/zpass3.htm but for some reason I am unable to access the "do it yourself services"
When I put my username + password in, it doesn't seem to work. It just pops back up without the password. and this is definately the correct password.
does anyone know whats going on?

Make sure the username you are using is your student number with the z infront. eg, z1234567

Also make sure you have accepted the terms and conditions:
