CHEM1011 Password help (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

I'm studying for the GAMSAT and I need Prof Willet's Chem1011 notes. I know many of you are science students who have done the course. Would you mind telling me what it is?

The usernames and passwords used are unique to each student (their UNSW student number and unipass), which students shouldn't be giving out since its essentially the username and password to every UNSW online service they have, and generally the files are only accessible by those that are currently enrolled in the course.

It might help more if you asked the authors of the files directly for help and see if you can get a copy.

Just to clarify - I am not asking for individual usernames and passwords - I have that. Prof Willet's notes have an additional Adobe password which was supposedly given out during lectures. I have tried emailing him using my uni account, but he has not replied. Appreciate any help.

BTW - I swear this lecturer must be obnoxious. That password only unlocks some lecture notes. I need another password.

Just buy/borrow silberg or the zumdahl textbook.

unless the lec's using 128 bit encryption (which i doubt) on the pdf's just download the widely known pdf decrpters out there and crack it that way

standard pdf encrpytion is 42bit, which has been broken long long ago

*Not endorsing the breaking of pdf's, but heh, I guess it makes the quest for this guy shorter.

i don't know if they made a 128 breaker yet. Heheh, this lecturer seems odd.

I suggest try and find someone with the notes decrypted then?
