What are some advantages and disadvantages of chemistry models? (e.g. ball and stick - play doh etc)

Will it be likely that they will ask you a question as such?

Thanks

The hands-on models can be useful for kinesthetic learners who learn best by feeling the model. The ball and stick model is helpful in understanding the structure of molecules and how they form bonds. A problem with models is that they are often very misleading because they don't show the relative differences in sizes between different elements.

Anything in the syllabus could be asked and this dotpoint is a potential question in our upcoming exam. ;)
