hey guys... i was going thru success one and one of the questions for forensics was to outline an experiment we did in class with an organic matter and chromatography, but our class did that experiment with different types of inks. and i dont think ink would go under organic matter ( or does it?).. so does any one have any other experiments i could possibly use for that question?

Ink wouldn't (as far as I know), but just replace the word ink with plant pigments and you'll be laughing.
