does anyone have any hints or tips or any information dey can give?
bus. is hard , plus wid a shit teacher its even worse!
and can someone explain employment relations? and "situational analysis"?:confused:

ER: The biz function which involves managing the relationship b/w employers and Employees

Sit Analysis: the current state of the biz, including factors such as profitability, external and internal factors that are affecting the biz and the general biz env it is operating in.

if you know your syllabus for each topic, you're half way there. usually you can bullshit under each heading in an essay. :)
