Apparently it's from the book "Accelerated Maths Learning: Year 11 Extension 1 Course". My teacher sent it to me asking if I had any ideas. I didn't (although I didn't spend too long looking at it), so I offered to post it here

Connect O to midpt of chord AB and also to chord CD. This will both be perpendicular (radii bisecting chord is at right angles). Then connect O to P. You can prove congruency in the two triangles and hence prove AB = CD
