I keep getting conflicting answers... I need to know for the citric acid content in orange juice...

Hmmm.... yeah. I think so too, now looking @ some more stuff.

BTW - anyone know how to solve the problem with citric acid being filtered out in the pulp?

triprotic for sure...three moles of NaOH are required to react with each mol of citric acid.
