just wondering if anyone had any ideas about this related text. i want to use it in replace of Garden State as it was a hard movie to summarise in only a few sentences. This short film is called Clandestine and is written/performed by AFI and directed by Norwood Cheek. the link for it is here....

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated....
my idea for it has been that the box is the "hope" everyon has been searching for. going along with the idea that its not the destination that matters but the journey. having hope in things is the final destination. but its what we are willing to do that actual matters. negative influences (ie girl who kisses davey) immoral ways to obtain hope (ie jade breaking in and trying to steal box) sense of false hope (adam gets the box in the poker game but it falls away. either represents that you can recieve false hope and also how others can take it away from you)
i dont know if its a good idea or worth persuing. so any feedback would be appreciated.
