how do i change the clock so its not on daylight savings time?

coz i had a look in user cp, but i couldnt see any option for est, the only one was like edst

I think they have to change it automatically, l don't think we have to change it but l may be wrong.

um, it's still an hour and five minutes late for me. s'annoying.
