A circular coil is in a magnetic field coming out of the page. The magnetic flux is decreasing. Which way does the current flow?

My teacher says its anticlockwise but I disagree.

If flux decreases, one end of the coil acts as a temporary north pole to oppose the change and attract magnet. Hence, the magnetic field we observe from that end of the coil will be into the page(magnetic field goes from north to south).

Therefore its clockwise(using right hand rule).

It's anticlockwise.
The coil needs to create a magnetic field out of the page to oppose the decrease, so it's anticlockwise.

Maybe there is something wrong with how I picture it. I picture it as a bar magnet with its south pole towards coil and it moves away from the coil so magnetic flux decreases.
