Does anyone know how necessary it is to play a sport in year 12 or any other co-curricular activities? Like how much does it help with your study? Does it improve efficiency?
cuz i recently stopped playing school sport and ive started to realise im not as efficient and motivated with my studying, idk if its related or not.

honestly i found that maintaining a sport and a job is so beneficial for ur time management skills, also exercise rlly helps w cognitive function (I've found that I've become less stressed bc i can just take my emotions out thru sum other than academics yk??).

even if its just going to the gym once or twice a week, u don't need to be heavily involved to notice a difference.

everyone's experiences r different, maybe u should try a diff sport? sometimes group sports give u a diff effect compared to ind sports or random exercise
