Does anyone know how accurate it is? I don't wanna end up buying a textbook and the lecturer changes the textbook..

Co-op is fairly accurate, they usually update the textbook info 1-2 weeks before semester starts

However, you could always send an email to the lecture in charge before buying the textbook...
