You can go in there, and they have the text lists in little plastic sleeve folder things. There are a few so you dont have to line up for ages to see it. A heap of units are still TBA which isnt v. helpful, and one of my law books isnt published until Feb 28!
Yesterday, for one day only, Coop was offering 25% off all text books, which was great. It might be on for longer, but the girl told Steve it was only one day... Probably to make us buy our books then and there!

edit: Rob, are you still working there? Or do they recruit fresh meat every year? I just want to know whether they will have another 25% off soon - just found out that book I need will be in next week.

You only get the 25% off as a member.
All other times though, you either get 10 or 15% off...

No, I'm not working there. The only place I've ever been fired. As you can imagine, the shit-hole is very political, and one of the managers (manager A) didn't like the fact that I was working with the other manager (manager B) in the course-notes shop. ...25% was on again, today: by the looks of things it'll be on while first year enrolments is still on... so probably up till the 20th. (I'd be surprised if they didn't continue that into the early days of term at least.)
