..well from what i have heard:
SCA require a portfolio and an interview prior to getting in the course.. on the contrary COFA doesn’t require either portfolio or interview.
also the uai cut off for SAC is higher then COFA( the uai cut off for cofa is around 75-85.. but it varies on weather or not your interested in doing a degree in fine arts or a degree in art theory/social science and so forth.....).
COFA is quite popular i think. i’ve got a few friends that are students there, its more experimental and they've got a lot for people who want to be in multimedia and the digital
