what a fucking amazing night!!! i was in like the second row, a bit off center.

even met a lecturer from uni(accg253) there! lol. had a good chat with him....very down to earth.

never had such a good time. went off when he played corners (but left out the last verse
it was such a great performance, loved it immensely. he put everything into it. dj dummy killed it on the turntables....fucking great night.

i am sure a few others would have went too.

dj diaz(?) played some good tunes, but nothing over the top, but good intro in the night.

dj nick toth, mc trey and maya jupiter. weak attempt at hip hop. the funniest moment was when they announced that they were about to give out free stuff, and someone behind me yelled out, "nah keep it!!"

waf, the show was sold out. i had ticket no. 70, bought it 3 hrs after they were released.

asy, yeah at first i didnt think it would be so packed...but the atmosphere was great!

Haha yeah, if you get up close basically anything left or right of the centre, you'll get massive feedback/bass, although if its a full house those are the best places to go for up the front action. (usually scout the right side of the stage and work our way in)

yeah i forgot the tickets at home HAHAHAHAHAHAH

luckily there were tickets still available at the door so we got them and got in

first time ive EVER done something as stupid as that, will never do it again but i was under massive stress that day with rushing to enrolment (because i woke up at 11 and missed the bus to parra station too) enroling, rushing back home, dumping my stuff, rushing back to the city.

but the concert made up for the horrible day

redrum i cant really remember a guy in a leather jacket all i remember were two indian blokes in front of me, i was talking to one of them a bit and the other one i remember said 'he left out the best verse' when common performed the corner. and there was this massive guy next to me with his arms crossed the whole time, didnt notice anyone else lol.

Hm, if you can find someone with a mixing program (cubase, soundforge) then try and get that to reduce the bass through EQ or pass-through effects
