An ngo (non government org.)
A Welfare related government department
A large welfare orientated charitable organisation
Please include in this discussion of each organisation a brief description of its management structure, and its policy decision-making process.
I do know who NGO's/welfare related gov. departments/and welfare orientated charitable organisations are but am having some problems finding information about management structures and policy decision making processes for those organisations.
