complaints procedure? (1 Viewer)

Hi guys,

Question: If a student or group of students from the E+B faculty wish to air some grievances (in the form of a report or submission) with respect to some of the faculty's practices, academic standards, facilities &/or staffing, how should they go about doing so?

Should they consult the SRC or Comsoc? Should they approach one of the faculty's "Quality Assurance" committees? Essentially, I'm asking whether there are any existing avenues through which such views could be expressed.

Surely Comsoc has an Education officer of some kind who convenes with the E+B faculty & engages in discussion on academic issues?

We do have one, however, to me it seems like the SRC would be the best place to go to. I think actually the SIO had a poster regarding this type of stuff.
