Hey guys,
Need help with these questions:
1.Find the linear factors of z^3+1000.

2. Solve the quadratic equation of z^2-(3-2i)z+(1-3i)=0

The first one is a sum of two cubes.

Use quadratic formula for the second one if you can't see the two roots by inspection.
