I have an essay that i wrote for an assessment a couple of weeks back. I got 20/20 for it, but now in order to try to remember most of it for my trials (and HSC) i need to try and shorten it down from 5 pages to 2 lol.
I need some help with this because i often think that every little bit i've added seems to be important in some way:confused:

I've attached the essay if people can please give me tips :)

Thanks

Read through your essay a few times until you know the main points and examples or whatever to go with it.

Then redo your essay. You can look at the essay you have now, but start a new document and just completely retype it, with what you need in mind. Use your old essay only as a guide. And don't copy and paste from your old essay into your new one.

Because you've already read through your old essay and (should) know the gist of it, you will be able to just type out the main points and a couple of examples. Also see if you can group anything of the "sub" dot points into a single one under one heading.

That always works for me when I need to cut down on something.
