Connection problems to Site (1 Viewer)

Ok Im posting this topic for Kimmeh,

She and a friend and probably many others are currently having trouble connecting to the main site as in they cant get in. As they try to get in they get redirected to https://www.boredofstudies.org:19368/webhost/rollout/site.
Any suggestions as how they could get to the site or do you need extra information?

The site should be fine now. To put it simply, at times the forum can handle the masses which frequent the forum.

We have been put on a better server - it might take a few hours for the DNS to propagate (i.e. for your internet provider to catch up to the changes).

it's already on the new server? is anyone still getting database errors?

Yeah I'm still getting the odd database error... but it's heaps better! I was frantic when I couldn't get on, I really should get a life lol.

Yeah I got one about 20 minutes ago (9:20pm) and I couldnt get a connection through for about 10minutes.

when was this?? it worked for meeh everyday from what i recalll..... cuz i am on the comp everyday..

As tactic said, your ISP hasn't updated the dns on the changes.

It took mine a longer time than most people as well.

it can take up to 48hrs
