I have just received a legal asignment that i am having trouble getting started.

What are the issues that consumers face today? I have got:

*Language and literacy
*Credit
*Quality of Goods and services
*Misleading conduct
*Privacy
*Security
*Scams

Are there any more that people can suggest?

Consumer redress and remedies should also be indicated.
You must indicate legislation and other types of media within your essay as well. Law reform should be raised near the end of the essay and brief sentences on internatioanl treaties and conventions are also desirable.

HEY i just got my consumer essay bak today and i got 95%, and i was full like OMG.....miss i think u marked it wrong but yeah jus thought i'd let you know, not that you should care lol.........

....oh and i also had deceptive marketing, regulation and licensing and stuff like that......
