Copying in Excel Help. (1 Viewer)

Ok, this is what ive been trying to do
I want only want the right hand column of numbers - then to paste each of them into their own cells in excel.
Theres about 400+ numbers in the RHS column. So i dont want to copy paste each number..

it was easier than i thought, just open in excel and set the delimiter to space
