•CORPORATE RAIDERS AND ASSET STRIPPING:
CORPORATE RAIDING involves a biz buying a large number of shares in another company to gain control of the second company.
ASSET STRIPPING involves a company purchasing a controlling interest in another (usually poorly promoting) company and then depositing of (stripping) the under-valued assets.
