Cost of a year overseas...and any bad experiences? (1 Viewer)

Anyone have any bad experiences with the country they chose to study in overseas?

Also how much should i be saving for a year study overseas. I'm doing Arts in Int at UTS and it requires a year overseas and i'm thinking either Japan or Spain.

ive got about 12K for one semester (thats including for flights and insurance etc) but yea....with the AUD the way it is at the moment u might need alot more

I dont know about in spain or japan but to get a residence permit here in germany I needed to be able to prove I had a certain amount of money per month available...something like 600Euros....(~1200AUD)
