cost of bauxite/Al extraction (1 Viewer)

I'm going research on Al refining and need to know the cost of bauxite, or even better the overall monetary cost of Al refining from its ore and the overall monetary cost of Al recycling. Do any of you have any pointers about where I can find this information? I've googled and researched for ages but I can't seem to put my hands on any figures.

hi, two suggestions:

encyclopaedias (heh, in case you forgot!), though they seem to be getting worse these days...

also look around in mining websites, i find they have good information... (i don't know what companies mine bauxite/ but if you can find what companies, look on their websites and have a browse around, i'm sure they will have it hidden somewhere in there)

hopefully that will help... a little...
