costs of studying at ANU (1 Viewer)

hi all

can someone list me all the costs at ANU, like the union fees, and any others etc...


and by the way, i am going to be on HECS, and will be making no contributions.

well currently our fees which are known as the GSF stand at around $220 per year, but you may not have to worry about this if VSU is introduced (No, im not trying to make this into a VSU v NO VSU debate... btw NO VSU )

if your planning to live on campus it is rather pricey, catered colleges range from $200-$250 pw and self catered are about $120 pw.

then comes the really bitchy thing about uni, the cost of textbooks. The prices will differe pretending on what degree your doing but on average your looking at $80 minimum for each textbook, thats if you cant get the same one second hand. Some courses also have textbooks PLUS reading bricks which are generally $30

yeah that sux, btw, if VSU is introduced, it'll probably be untill next year? because im looking to transfer for semester 2, so i probably cant escape the fees, what do u think?
