Could anyone tell me do i have chance to get in UNSW? (1 Viewer)

i am currently studied at newcastle uni which was postgradute degree, major in finance, i sent a letter to ask the faculty the requirement for transferring to UNSW, they said need to consider my currently studies and my bachelor degree as well. Becoz, i did very bad in my bachelor degree,which average is below 60.
so is that mean even i got average above 80 in my current postgraduate study.i still can not transfer to UNSW?
