Crazy and Huge problem with adobe photoshop (1 Viewer)

it tells me to unistall it but at the same time when i wanted to either repair it or unistall it i get a error which stops the process of it, but what's more weird when i get this pop up (look below pic) and i kept pressing enter and it dissapears,and im able to use adobe photoshop, edit pics etc with no hassle except it doesnt show the boxes of brushes, tools unless i click to show, so how do i get rid of this annoying error ???

delete? no, but touch? probably, because i downloaded some filters and tried to move it around i guess i touched something but at the same time it tells me to uninstall and when i wanted to it wont let me, also if i just clicked enter to get rid of the pop up i still can use photoshop

Do what it asks you to do: (re)install the program back in its original place. Any missing files will be replaced.

yes i tired it too, and also tried to repair it but it just stops the process, i think it says it couldn't locate something?

You can download the file from the net. Just search the exact name of file with extension, on google and you can obtain info on the file and how to replace it.

Uninstall Photoshop, and then reinstall it.

i tried it but i get some stupid error that stops the process

Don't try to repair it, just install it back in the same folder as if it didn't exist before. It shouldn't ask you for any missing files.

here is what i got:

That DLL is needed in the Windows\System 32 folder (in XP) to run third party plugins. It just dawned on me. Just do a search for it on Google and it will turn up to download on almost any plug-in site.

Place it in your Windows\System 32 folder and restart your computer.




ok can someone gives me instructions how to and where to store it at the windows\system 32 folder, i dont know much deep inside my computer,its a sesitive file and if 1 mistake can crash my comp i dont know where its located at so screenshots or more info how to install it would be HELPFUL thanks.

try exploring your C Drive a bit. it's pretty straightforward.

it just means to locate your Windows folder then your System32 folder.

I told you to do that last century. I found the file in 2 seconds on the web. Just couldn't be bothered to give you the link.
