creating an installation package (1 Viewer)

Hi there, needed some help for my SDD major work...I was just wondering if there's a spiffy program that can create nice-looking installers (I mean self-unzipping winzip files work but they're not very attractive). What's that Install Wizard that many people have used, and how do I get to it? Sorry I'm so thick...
