Hi I was just wondering if they asked a question for crime about the effectiveness of courts, could we talk about international courts, such as the icc and the ictr? and courts such as the youth koori court and the drug court? Thanks.

generally theyd specify if they want international, if they say just courts then assume domestic, which includes youth koori + drug court : )

International is almost always worth referring to peripherally as a reference point for assessing efficacy. Are the latter courts you mentioned not still actual courts? They're not superior courts of record but I was under the impression the Drug Court is still a court, and the Koori Court is a program of the Children's Court, which are both inferior courts. Even if they don't meet the administrative law definition, I'm sure for legal studies its fine.
