well since its extended response there isnt necessarily a scenario, it doesnt even have to be a 'structured essay'

yeah everyones freaking me out

i guess in the last coupla questions where they say 'evaluate ... referring to the stimulus and/or a blah blah of your own choice' thats where u can bring in your own issues

i usually dont refer to the stiumulus for that part unless i feel like i know enough abt it, i just use my rape case.

Hey, you know how they give us a scenario + we have to refer back to them in our answers, should be also refer to other cases + legislation?

Seriously, I can't remember that much!
I already need to learn 2 essays!!

Nervous breakdown.

i think its important to refer to legislation, but only cases if theyre really really relevant, in the first 2 qs at least

since the last 2 usually say with reference to another case its probably best you do, even tho they say and/or. just to show that ur in with contemporary law and all

im freaking out too. this is so shit.

lol when they say "they're doing pedophilia" they mean it in regards to choosing a criminal justice issue.

i dont think you really need to mention any other outside info apart from the scenario given until the last question.

whats a criminal justice issue ?? fark i am screweddddd
Its a dot point in the syllabus, "assessing the efficiency and the effectiveness of various forms of legal measures in achieving justice through researching a current criminal justice issue"
