I saw on the news that the police were gonig to take away assets from that moran guys wife in melbourne.

Basically he was a drug dealer and he had like a few businesses etc,........but he was murdered and his 2 sons were murdered as welll.

I think its totally immmoral for the police to take his assets from his wife. The police have taken enufff from this woman, because they fucked up....she already lost her husband and her 2 sons.........................and now they are going to try and get his assets etc................thats wrong.

Its the polices job to protect ppple, since they fucked up...a few times, they should be apologing to this woman............not rubbing salt in her wounds by bankrupting her.

To me this proves police are scum.

Overall though, i was thinking to myself.

I think the legal/justice system should work both ways.

Say a family memember of urs is killed or you are the victim of a serious crime etc..........like a rape, shooting or severe bashing. Wouldnt it be reasonable if our legal system gave significant weight to this.

I looked on the web, there is many examples of ppple who have be the victims of serious crimes who have then committed crimes. Like as a result of voilence, they have become more voilent etc, some have been injured and cant work and have then stolen money etc etc.

Like you should be credited with leniancy under the law if you are the victim of a crime. There needs to be more emphasis on fairness and justice in our system not just punishment.

ok think of it this way... if he was in organised crime, how many people's sons & husbands has he killed?
He being a drug dealer how many addicts has he created?

She's profiting off crime by having these assets.. which i actually assume were paid for by him and he owns them.

Fistly, dont pass the buck..............no one has ever created a drug addict.........its their own choice................its all about personal choice and personal responsibility.

I dont know if he has ever been charged with killing anyone...and if he has, he should serve time for it.

Like through the polices negligence her whole family was killed, thats significant punishment already.

Like you are accountable to the law.....and are meant to be protected by the law and its various instruments and proceedures. her family wasnt supplied with reasonable protection by the law.......and consequently she should be given a leniency credit to make up for the way the legal system fucked up her life, and therefore be immune from having all her assets strippped.

Its about honor and justice. the police should be on the knees apologising to her......for allowing her family to be killled..............but instead..they are ttrying to take money offf her for her husbands.......insignificant crimes.

The death of her family more than compensates already for the crimes he may have commited.

It's not their fault, its police protocol to get the 'drug money'. If she were to give a reason why she had that money besides for the fact that her husband was a deceased drug lord then she could get it back. However this isn't the situation. When you say that the police here a scum, try living in Chile in the 1970's or LA in the mid 80's. They were crooked, brutal and killed people like it was getting milk.

The courts and police etc etc..

Why cant u guys seee that the legal system has let down this woman......in a fuckiung huge way by letting all her family be killed.

And therefore she dserves some fucking leniency.....

Maybe its not the polices decision..........but whos ever decision it is.............thats not justice...........

The dserves leniency cos she has beeen the victim of the most extreme crimes.

For justice to occur..it needs to be a 2 way streeet..............punsihing those who deserve it and who have commmited crimes..and being lenient on those who have already suffered by crimes commited on them.
