Criminal case report and speech (1 Viewer)

i need some help in finding a good case to write a report about.

the format of the task is:
Choose ONE criminal case. you can use the LIAC, or go to Lawlink website and access either the District or Supreme Court site.
The report should cover:

• the nature of the offence
• the facts of the case
• the charges the accused is facing
• the issues arising in the case as you see them
• the judge's determination/sentence
• your evaluation of this decision

Where possible you should include the media's response to the case
The case must be a NSW case
You will also be required to give a brief oral presentation of the facts etc of your case.
You are to speak for between 2 minutes and a maximum of 3 minutes
