What type of graduates do you hire? Do they get 95+ percentile in UMAT? What universities etc.? There's is like no information on the teachers for all I know they could be first year med students.

Hi SuperDumbo. Our senior tutors are three 4th year medicine students from UNSW, all of whom received 99-100th percentile in their UMAT. We also have a number of 2nd and 3rd year med students from UNSW and UWS involved in the development of our material, with percentiles ranging from 97-100. Since the teachers are 4th year students doesn't that mean they are out of touch with the UMAT? I mean who can remember things in great detail when they learnt it 4 years ago?
