I was working on the 2004 CSSA Chem paper, are these errors or is my working out really bad ? (I am really really really really bad at calculatiosn for chemistry, its what I lost most my marks for in the trial :()

You see how the book says 0.1%, im assuming its not already in decimal form, its actually 1/10 of a percent, so wouldnt that mean that in decimal its 0.001%?

I have no idea what Im doing in this one I just took a guess, but I looked at answers it seems CSSA cocked up the equation?! (red underlined) any idea guys?

yes the answer for the calculation q has an error

and yes, the eqn in the answers are missing the sodium

eqn shud be:

2NaOH+H2SO4 -> Na2SO4 + 2H2O so ur eqn is rong thats y u got the rong answer. remeber SO4 has a 2- valency
