I got asked how I would answer this question by a friend... little did he know that I too had no f***ing idea.

Write a series of 3 or 4 reflections that demonstrate how your understanding of effective essay writing changed and developed during the process of your critical study.

What's a reflection?
What is my understanding of effective essay writing?

I'm pretty sure you wouldn't need to worry about something like this...

a reflection though is when you think about things in a deep and meaningful way perhaps to reach some sort of meaningful way. That's what you do in poetry to try and see how it relates to you and shapes your oppinions of the world. Or at least it tries to LOL
