do the "projected 2004 UAI cut-offs" in the International Fee-Paying section of the 2004 UAC Guide correspond to the uai cut-offs of local fee-paying cut-offs?

full-fee courses are usually around 5 marks below HECS courses right?

It seems that local full fee courses are around 5 marks lower than the hecs cutoff.. however for international fee courses the gap between hecs cutoff seems smaller...
