enforce unwritten rule that everyone can only open 1 window so we don't get those database errors.

or increase the number of connections avaliable, i'm sure it won't kill the server

lol, yeah also ban the use of F5, and put a program on lexi's comp. that only lets him keep one window of BOS on.

I only use one window most of the time. Any more and my connection melts.
