Time is all stuffed! I think it was initially designed so that people would see the time, and then rush off to their exams and not be late, not the whole thing has just broken down.

Actually, my theory is far simpler and more easily applies. I think it was designed just to work. Not that it does of course.

Mod-forum is a special place ... which isn't visible to non-Mods, I'd presume they'd be an Admin forum (and a Sup Mod forum )
