first... you make sure there is a seat presest... then you move infront of it... then you fall
backwards (slowly) while bending at the knees... be sure to have your back as straight
as possible at all times else if sitting for prolonged periods you may develop symptoms
of RSI (repetitive strain injury) - remember that sitting puts alot of strain on the discs of
your lower back (called lumbar) - all you really need now is a table and a test to do...

for clarity i have attached a pictorial representation of "How to Sit" incase you still have
trouble... (see attached) - this type of sitting is more relaxed but hopefully you will get
the message.
